During Covid 19 it has become difficult to get jobs. The purpose of Externship is to match students with skills with corporate projects that could be unpaid but could help the students showcase their skills to potential employers. The concept of externship is more entrepreneurial than internship. Typically you might not get paid unless you do a good job. But if you do a good job, ot only may you be paid but also get an job offer.
We meet large companies and help them design the project. Then we help them create the project documentation. Further, we introduce our project management tools that could be used to guide the project to a solution
Due to Covid 19 the job scene in the market has gone really bad. Instead of applying for obs blindly from websites, Students can showcase their skills to companies through externship in sponsored projects. If you do a good job, the the company could hire you. Even if the company cannot hire you, we will evaluate your work done and issue you a recommendation certificate that you could use for the purposes of showcasing your skills to potential employers
A typical Externship can vary from 3 monthhs to 6 months
Go through the Projects section. If you like a project and feel that you have an aptitude for it, Click on apply.
We will ask you to solve a technology problem. Once it is done, you will have to upload it to your Github.
Then it will be evaluated by an expert.
Post this you will be contacted for an Interview by the sponsor.
If selected, you will sign the tripartite Externship contract between Extern-Ship, yourself and the Sponsor.
You will start online on the selected date.
